Needlepoint Newsletter
"I've done a newsletter for as long as I can remember. I was more comfortable with a pen, paper and stamps. I tried to get hip with the times and move to an online newsletter but I really struggled. My fonts were inconsistent, my color schemes were all wrong, I couldn't figure out how to get my logo uploaded and it just wasn't very appealing. Not to mention, I couldn't find the time. I spend my days running a needlepoint shop, and I had a hard time doing what I needed to do to create an interesting newsletter. Now, Dawn puts together a beautiful newsletter for me with relevant pictures and interesting, fun stories. Now my customers are opening my newsletter instead of deleting them. My open rate is up 60%! Great investment."

The Dogs Have It All
"My website used to be bland (words, words, words, words, more words) and my newsletter used to be dull and such a pain to do. It took forever and the end result wasn't good. Now my website has videos, podcasts, a blog, a page on Facebook and Twitter. I also have a rockin' newsletter. I've gotten so many comments from people who found me on the internet saying how much they enjoyed going through my website. The fact that they mention it right before they book an appointment leads me to believe my website helped me gain a new client. My newsletter and blog have a really steady readership and I often get positive comments on both. Good stuff."
